BluGeo GRP60, is our innovative solution to corrosion protection. As GRP is made from a glass fibre polymer, it doesn’t require the amount of excavation to install double corrosion protection, meaning >50% reduction in excavation and grouting.
We’ve also developed a highly acid-resistant thixotropic grout, BluCem HS400Plus, which is used for the grouting of anchors to reduce the effect of contaminated ground.

BluCem HS200 and BluRez CSW have been designed for the sealing/grouting and elastic connection of concrete cracks, rock fissures, brickwork and natural stone. Applications include subterranean curtains as well as tunnel linings, foundations and retaining walls. BluCem HS200 is a preferred alternative to microfine cement systems due to its exceptional penetration capabilities and higher strength gains.

BluRez CSW reacts with water in a matter of seconds and can stop high water inflows. This makes the product ideal for sealing leaks under high pressure in tunnels and basements. CSW is also highly elastic, allowing for a range of environmental conditions including movement from rocks, concrete or water.

BluCem HB55 is our sprayable cementitious shotcrete solution which is used for both the reinstatement of existing infrastructure and construction of new structures. HB55 has extremely low permeability and high resistance to sulphate and chemical attack, making it suitable for long term durability in underground environments.
We also recently introduced BluCem ZeoGlass. Developed using a blend of carefully selected recycled glass aggregates combined with our cementitious material BluCem ZeoGlass is a very dense, high build inorganic polymer structural mortar. The selected aggregates are custom graded by Bluey Technologies to create maximum interlocking during dry spraying. This builds depths of several hundred millimetres in one pass, creating a strong and highly resistant structural repair mortar.

BluSeal TF05 is designed to form a flexible and durable membrane suitable for sealing and consolidating shotcrete, concrete linings, rock excavations and brickwork. BluSeal TF05 is used for lining bored and driven tunnels, cut and cover tunnels, cross passages, shafts and underground structures. BluSeal TF05 can be applied in a range of thicknesses for various performance applications. The membrane liner is applied to structures to prevent water inflow and provide asset protection.
