How Does BluSeal VLDPE Products Work?
The BluSeal VLDPE Tunnel Liner System provides a continuous waterproofing barrier designed to prevent water ingress and protect underground structures from long-term deterioration. Installed between the primary ground support and the final concrete lining, the membrane creates a sealed layer that manages groundwater and protects the structural lining.
The system is fully welded to form a continuous waterproofing envelope. It is installed in conjunction with geotextiles, anchors, roundels, and detailing components to maintain integrity across penetrations, joints, and complex geometries. Depending on project requirements, the system can be configured as either a drained or tanked waterproofing solution.

What Makes Our BluSeal VLDPE Solutions a Unique Solution?
BluSeal VLDPE systems are designed specifically for demanding underground infrastructure environments. The membrane offers exceptional flexibility and durability while maintaining high resistance to mechanical stress during installation and concrete placement.
Combined with Bluey’s hands-on delivery model, the system includes engineered detailing components, installation training, and technical supervision to ensure reliable performance across the full project lifecycle. Backed by global research through the Master Builders Solutions Group and supported by local manufacturing, BluSeal VLDPE delivers a robust waterproofing solution trusted on major infrastructure projects.
